A2: Hip External rotation stretch

*3 sets, 10 seconds each side

B: Strict Pull ups (4x5)

*90 sec rest b/t sets
*Use wt if you can

C: Metcon (AMRAP - Reps)

8-min OTM:
3 Power Snatches (50% of 1RM)

2- min rest, then...

6-minute AMRAP:
50 DUs
20 Push Ups
30 Russian Twists 20/14
