200m farmers carry (switch as needed)
Then

Partner A- row 100m
Partner B- reverse lunge
Partner B- row 100m
Partner A- pull ups
Partner A - row 100m
Partner B - KB Swing 53/35
Partner B - row 100m 
partner A - HLR (Or reverse crunch)

Rest 1 minute, switch and repeat

Then 200m farmers carry (switch as needed)
