Take about 15 minutes to work on handstand stability and handstand push ups.

In teams of 2:
3 RFT:
1. 10 OH Lunge 35/25
2. Goblet Squat hold 53/35
1. 10 T2B
2. Wall Sit
1. 200m Row
2. Planks

*One partner does "1" while the other partner does "2" then they switch before moving on.

Description

A. You will take about 15 minutes to work on handstand skill work to help strengthen your ability to do handstand push ups. You can do some things like: handstand push ups, shoulder taps, wall walks or full handstand push ups. 

B. The conditioning workout will be a partner workout in teams of two. Similar to Thursday's workout, one partner will do number "1" while the other partner does number "2". The person doing number "2" must continue until the other partner is done doing number "1". Once the teammate doing number "1" is done, the team will switch roles and repeat. Once the team has done the first set of exercises, they will move on to the next set and repeat until they are done doing three total rounds. This workout will be scored by the time it takes each team to complete 3 total rounds.
