A1: SA DB Bench Press (4x12 [6 each side])

*6 reps each side
*Go straight to A2

A2: Box Jumps (4x5)

*Go for wt or height
*Go straight to A3

A3: Single Leg RDL (4x12[6 each side])

*6 reps each side
*Use DB or KB
*Rest 60 sec  then back to A1 for 4 sets

B: Metcon (3 Rounds for time)

3 sets @ consistent effort:
400m Run
25 Wall Balls 20/14
10 Pull Ups

*walk rest 2 min b/t sets
