*Go straight to A2

A2: Box Jumps (4x5)

*Go for wt or height
*Go straight to A3

A3: Single Leg RDL (4x12[6 each side])

*6 reps each side
*Use DB or KB
*Rest 60 sec  then back to A1 for 4 sets

B: Metcon (AMRAP - Rounds and Reps)

12-min AMRAP:
15 Strict HSPU
15 T2B
50 DUs
