B: Metcon (AMRAP - Rounds and Reps)

"Swingin' Cindy" - 20 minute AMRAP

Partner A: KB ladder- heavy to light
5-10-15-20
partner B: complete as many rounds of Cindy as possible while partner A completes the KB ladder
(5 pull ups-10 push ups-15 air squats)
