Warm up—
10-min, On-the-Minute:
10 Jumping Jacks
20 High Knees (in place) [10 each leg]
10 Plank March [5 each side]

*Perform the reps for each exercise at the top of every minute, then rest for the remainder of the minute.

B: Metcon (AMRAP - Rounds and Reps)

8-min AMRAP:
10 Push Ups/Renegade Rows
10 Lunges (use wt if you have DBs)
15 Sit Ups
15 Supermans/KB Swings

*Renegade rows only if you have DBs
*RX+: if you're using weight

C: 1-Mile Run (Time)
