Warm-up:
20 Side plank dips [10 each side]
20 Flutter Kicks [10 each side]
6 Inch Worms

*4 Rounds at a casual pace

B1: Metcon (Time)

4 Rounds:
15 Goblet Squats
10 Single Leg RDL [5 each side]
15 Lying leg raises

*Rest 1 minute and move on to B2

B2: Metcon (Time)

4 Rounds:
10 Double Squat Thrusters
10 Single Leg Glute bridges (5 each side)
:30s Wall Sit

*Double Squat Thrusters = Squat+Squat+Thrust
*Rest 1 minute then move on to B3

B3: Metcon (Time)

4 Rounds:
15 Sumo Squats (DBs)
15 RDLs (DBs)

*Try to use some object as weight but if not then just go through the movement w/out.
