7 Inch Worms
10s Spiderman Stretch (each side)
Plank w/ side taps (5 each side)
10s Twisted Cross (each side)

B: Metcon (5 Rounds for reps)

Tabata x5:
1. Burpees
2. Air Squats
3. Push Ups
4. Jumping Lunges
5. Sit Ups

*You will do 8 rounds of 20s of work/10s of rest (total of 4:00) for each exercise.
*Rest 2m in b/t Tabatas.
*Your score of each Tabata will be the the round with the LEAST # of reps.
