Tabata! —
8 rounds of :20s on/:10s off for EACH exercise:
DB Thrusters
DB Burpee-to-overhead (I know you already did burpees yesterday...I don't care)
Push Ups

*Score is your lowest rep count for each Tabata of the three exercises added together
*Example: out of the eight rounds of DB Thrusters, your lowest round was 12. Add that to your lowest rep round of the 8 rounds of DB Burpee-to-overhead. Then add that to the lowest rep round of Push Ups
