Workout of the Day

A: Standing Barbell Press (4x10 )

*Use anything for weight if you don't have a bar

B: Metcon (AMRAP - Reps)

On-the-minute or 10 minutes:
1 Clean + 1 Front Squat

then add 1 Front Squat to each minute

*example:
1st minute: 1 Clean + 1 FS
2nd minute: 1 Clean + 2 FS
3rd minute: 1 Clean + 3 FS
...etc

C: Metcon (3 Rounds for time)

30-20-10 x3:
30 Toe Touches
20 Russian Twists (20 each side)
10 V-ups

*Rest 90 sec b/t sets

*Scored by time for each round separately
*Bonus points if you keep your feet off of the ground for each set
