  1. General Warm up 1

  2. 10-min OTM (on-the-minute)

    10 Air Squats

    5 Dips

    3 Burpees

    *You will complete 10 Air Squats, 5 dips and 3 Burpees as quickly as you can at the top of each minute. Rest the remainder of the minute until the next one starts. Do this for a total of 10 rounds.
