  1. General Warm up 1

  2. 5-min AMRAPx2 (with 2.5 min rest in between):

    10 Air Squats

    10 Plank Marches (5 each side)

    10 Lunges (5 each side)

    *This is a repeat workout from Day 1! The only difference is that there is half the rest. Try to beat what you got then. Post your score in the comments!
