  1. General Warm up 1

  2. On the minute for 15 rounds:

    10 Push ups

    10 Air Squats

    *Complete 10 push ups and 10 air squats at the top of every minute for 15 rounds. Do the exercises as fast as you can and then REST for the remainder of the minute.

    *Complete the given exercises as many times as you can in 15 minutes!

  3. Stretch
