“If you do what you always did, you will get what you always got.” 

  1. General Warm up 1

  2. On the minute for 15 rounds:

    10 Push ups

    10 Air Squats

    *Complete 10 push ups and 10 air squats at the top of every minute for 15 rounds. Do the exercises as fast as you can and then REST for the remainder of the minute.

  3. Stretch
